| Preferred Customer (PC) |
Pay wholesale prices (20% less than retail) as a Preferred Customer. To qualify to be a
Preferred Customer you need to either:
- Pay an annual PC sign-up fee of $20 which is automatically credited back to the customer the first year and waived
for the next year for any customer purchasing a total of $500 or more product total during the year.
- OR sign up for an autoship (an automatic shipment of products) of at least $40 wholesale value every 1,
2, or 3 months. Autoships are automatically billed to your credit card. You may cancel your autoship at any time, no
questions asked, and rejoin at any time. You may also delay your autoship by a month at any time. You may change the
products on your autoship at any time at no charge.

| Independent Business Associate (IBA) |
Ordering as an Independent Business Associate (IBA) allows you to earn commissions from your own purchases, and purchases of other people who join your group. IBAs pay the discounted wholesale price for Simplexity products (20% less than retail). To qualify to be a IBA you need to pay an annual $40 IBA license fee. IBAs are not required to be on autoship. 90-Day Money Back Guarantee
Simplexity Health has a 90-day return policy. For all return shipments, the purchaser is totally responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as any duties charged for re-entry, and the return must occur during the 90-day period.
